Finding the universe in one detail.
Hello!
My name is Martina Vincenzi and I am the founder of Private Jet Coach.
I have about 20 years experience in aviation – both commercial and corporate – and worked as well as a recruiter for two of the Business Jet Operators leaders in Europe.
I know how different the corporate industry is, compare to commercial aviation.
And I am fully aware of how stressful can be, to adapt yourself to a new role as VIP Flight Attendant, which differs so much from what you are used to!
Here’s how it all started..
I was 20 years old when I worked as cabin crew for the first time at Air Dolomiti, a regional airline that belongs to the Lufthansa Group.
The Middle East Experience
After 8 years of service in Europe, I decided to take a new adventure and I moved to Dubai to start another exciting experience with Emirates Airline.
I spent 2 years in the United Arab of Emirates, working extensive long haul flights in a multicultural environment.
This experience taught me the cross-cultural communication, the importance of a good customer hospitality and the power of service consistency.
The Beginning of the Business Aviation Career
After two years in the Gulf area, in 2015 I moved to Austria – Innsbruck – and flew for “Tyrolean Jet Services”.
TJS is a Private Jet Operator which was the first step of my career into the business aviation and that gave a high contribution in forming my professional skills.
Following that, Albinati Aviation became an additional milestone of my professional profile.
In June 2016 I started my freelancing career as Individual Corporate Flight Attendant.
This experience made me confident of my potentials, taught me the real meaning of flexibility and I quickly became an expert of the business aviation industry and the art of hospitality.
Since then, I have been collaborating with the major European, American and Canadian operators such as London Executive Aviation (now Luxaviation), Execujet (now part of Jet Aviation), Global Jet Concept, Albinati Aviation, Sirio S.p.A., Bombardier, Flexjet America and Flexjet Europe, Eni Servizi Aerei and a few private owners.
Since the beginning of my career in Business Aviation, I flew on 19 different type of jets.
They are Bombardier Global Express, Global XRS, Global 6000, Global 5500, Global 7500, Dassault Falcon 2000, Falcon 900, Falcon 7X, Bombardier Challenger 350, Challenger 650, Gulfstream GIV, G450, G550, G650, Embraer Praetor, Embraer Legacy 550, Legacy 600 and Praetor 600.
My worldwide experience brought me, among other breathtaking destinations, to Ouagadougou – Burkina Faso, to Irkutsk and Novosibirsk -Siberia- for Orthodox Christmas, to Rovaniemi – Finland to deliver the letter to Santa Claus, to the South Pole in the continent of Antarctica to experience the “Antarctic Summer”.
Recruitment Experience
In 2017 I had the great opportunity to work as Hiring Specialist for GlobeAir AG, a Private Jet Operator base in Linz – Austria.
Main -but not only- duty was the pilot hiring: I successfully created a complete recruitment process that allowed the company to grow up to 130 employees.
During 2019-2020 another amazing opportunity arose: I started to work as a Hiring Consultant for Flexjet Europe in London, part of Flexjet USA and Directional Aviation (Cleveland, USA).
I supported the HR team in pilot hiring for the new project of Flexjet in Europe by recruiting 160 qualified pilots to join the operations of fractional ownership on different type of aircraft and to fly worldwide the elite of the customers portfolio.
I also took care myself of the recruitment of the Flight Attendants and Flight Attendant Manager, and I gave a consistent contribution in building up the department.
How Private Jet Coach started
When the CoVid 19 crisis hit, I run myself individual video training from remote to prepare the new VIP Flight Attendants of Flexjet for their first VIP experience, and since then I developed the idea of Private Jet Coach.
Because of my experience as business aviation recruiter, VIP freelancer, VIP flight attendant and instructor, I decided to combine them all under the same coaching and training provider, in order to create a unique program that could help other aviation lover to improve themselves.
I have then decided to take my career towards the next level by establishing my own brand, focusing on the three aspects of my career that I value the most: training, coaching and… flying!
